  • Prana Ashtanga Vinyasa

    Fridays: 5:30 - 6:30 pm
    Saturdays: 12:00 - 1:00 pm

    Experience our playful and challenging vinyasa class, cultivating our life force and energy bodies increasing our capacity for joy in everyday life. Prana Vinyasa incorporates a fusion of postures and sequences from the primary, intermediate, and advanced Ashtanga series with additional asanas.
