Camatkara Yoga

The sanskrit term camatkara means aesthetic rapture. It’s the moments that envelop you with the beauty of being alive. It’s those moments of camatkara that allow us to dedicate ourselves deeper to the innovative technologies of yoga and interbeing.

I’m Jesse Molina, artist, designer, yoga teacher, and human being. The profound transformative experiences I have had through the practice of yoga has inspired me to share and educate others in what I have been blessed to learn over the decades.

I teach yoga, as a transformative practice, with the potential to catalyze liberation – not just from the physical constraints of the body but liberation of the mind, spirit, and ultimately, the self. The journey toward liberation through yoga is exploring our natural depths of self-awareness and conscious existence.

Any thought, feeling, or moment in time can be an experience of sheer wonder & the beauty of simply being.
